Stay Autonomous sets up the systems behind your phone, website and inbox. Missed calls get a text back, new inquiries get a reply and a reminder, and the conversations that need you land on your phone with the details already collected.
For contractors and local businesses
Calls, forms and messages go into one place. The system sends the first reply and the reminders, and tells you when a customer is ready to talk.
Phone calls, website forms, chats, Facebook and Instagram messages and lead ads all land in one inbox you can check from your phone.
Missed calls get a text back. New inquiries get a reply. Reminders tell you when a lead or a sent estimate has gone quiet, and an AI assistant can answer common questions if you want one.
When someone is ready to talk, you get their details, the conversation so far and a nudge to call.
We set it up for your business and test it with you before it goes live. On a monthly plan, we keep checking it after.
With follow-up on manual, a missed call waits for you to remember it. Watch the switch turn follow-up on and run the same call through the system, then play the customer and text the business yourself. Flip it back any time to compare.

Northline Coatings
Made-up business · no call yet
Northline Coatings is a made-up business. Replies are simulated in your browser from a fixed set of answers, so nothing is sent, saved or texted. In a real setup, the replies, timing and handoff rules are written with you.
It starts with example numbers. Set the sliders to a normal week for your business; the estimate updates as you drag.

An estimate from the numbers above, not a promise of results.
How it's calculated. Missed calls per week × the share you think would have booked × your average job value × 52 weeks gives a yearly figure; the monthly figure is that divided by 12. Count only real customer calls in the first slider, not spam or wrong numbers. It doesn't take out your costs or show how many of those jobs follow-up would win back, so treat it as a rough size of the opportunity.
Start with one piece or set up the whole system. Each one is set up for your business and tested with you before it goes live. 57 services in 7 groups.

Book a callYou keep running jobs. We do the building, and nothing goes live until you've seen it work.
Thirty minutes. We look at how calls, forms and messages reach you today and where they get stuck.
We agree on what should happen to each inquiry, who gets alerted and what the texts and emails say.
We build it in a system set up for your business and test it with you before anything is switched on.
You work from the app on your phone. On a monthly plan, we check the system every week and adjust it as your business changes.
If your question isn't here, ask it on the call.
Usually not. The common setup forwards your current number to a new number in the system, so missed calls can be caught and texted back. Those texts come from the new number unless we text-enable your current number or move it over. We'll look at your setup on the call.
Yes. In the US, texting from a local business number has to be registered with the phone carriers (it's called A2P 10DLC); toll-free numbers have their own verification. We do the paperwork with you and add the consent wording your forms need. Approval can take a few weeks. Email, calls and app alerts can run while you wait; anything that texts customers starts after approval.
Yes. The AI receptionist and chat assistant are set up to say they're automated, answer from information you approve, and pass anything they can't answer to you.
No. You'll use an app on your phone to see messages, reply and get reminders. We run the system behind it and show you the few things worth knowing.
It depends on what you switch on, so we'll give you a clear price on the call. Texts, calls and AI minutes have usage costs, and we'll show you what your monthly price covers and what happens if you use more.
No. Most of the people we talk to are contractors, but the same setup fits most local businesses that get calls, form requests and messages. Some industries have extra texting or privacy rules, and we'll tell you on the call if yours does.
On a monthly plan, we check every week that it works, fix what breaks and make changes when your hours, services or wording change.
