This policy explains what information Stay Autonomous ("we", "us") collects when you visit our website, book a call, fill in a form, text, email or call us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Stay Autonomous sets up websites, AI and customer follow-up systems for contractors and local businesses.

- Technical data. Basic information sent by your browser, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected by our website host. Cookies are covered below.
2. How we use it

- To provide, support and improve the services you ask for.
- To send the texts and emails you agreed to receive.
- To keep records, keep our website and accounts secure, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Text messages

4. When we share it
We share personal information only:
- With service providers that help us run the business, such as website and booking hosting, text and email delivery, payment processing and video calls. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our clients, our business or others.
- As part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep the site, forms and booking calendar working. Other cookies, which help us understand how the site is used, are set only if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. You can choose essential cookies only. To change your choice later, clear this site's cookies in your browser and the banner will ask again. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, for as long as you're a client, or as long as the law requires (for example, tax records). After that we delete or anonymize it.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information and limit access to people who need it. No website or online system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and stop emails with the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
- If you live in California, you have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing (we don't sell or share it), and not to be treated differently for using these rights.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We'll confirm your identity before acting on it and reply within the time the law requires.
9. Our clients' customers
When we run websites, forms and follow-up systems for our clients, we handle their customers' information on their behalf and following their instructions. If you contacted one of our clients, their privacy policy explains how they use your information, and you can contact them directly.
10. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
